Drive in Rack

Optimize available space by eliminating aisles between rack. Ideal system to store homogeneous, low-rotation products with a high pallet volume.
For Warehouse application

Drive In Rack

Drive-in pallet racking stores large volumes of the same SKU in deep lanes and uses a Last-In, First-Out flow. Forklifts enter the rack to place and retrieve pallets, which removes most aisles and raises capacity per square meter. The layout suits bulk goods and space-constrained zones where selectivity is less critical.

Nutech designs and installs this system for warehouses in Malaysia. We align lane depth and clearances to your pallet mix and handling method. The result is a sturdy, high-density solution that maximizes vertical space, simplifies staging, and supports steady throughput with planned inventory control.

First-In-Last-Out Stock Rotation

Drive-in Pallet Rack System can operate on the rotation of First-In-Last-Out, therefore it suits products that is stored in sufficient volume to require multiple lames to ensure stock rotation.

First-In-First-Out Stock Rotation

Drive-in Pallet Rack System can also operation on the rotation of First-In-First-Out, where the first pallet is placed at the end of a row and sufficient space is allocated at the end of row so first pallet can be retrieved by forklift truck.

Ideal Storage Solution

Most suitable for manufacturers of products that are produced in batch, or in warehouse operation where there are limited products SKU and pallets cannot be safely blocked or stacked. Frequently used in cold stores (refrigeration and freezing) which require maximum use of space for the storage of products in a controlled temperature.

Cost-efficient

The NUTECH Drive-In Rack System enables compact pallet storage, saving on costly floor space.

High density

Drive-in racking ensures that your available space is optimized efficiently.

Safe, secure storage

Drive-in racking system prevents product from crushing, and offers damage free storage.

Highlights

High-density storage for bulk, low-SKU lines

LIFO operation with forklifts driving into lanes

Fewer aisles to raise capacity per square meter

Maximizes vertical space with deep lanes

Planned access for batch and wave handling

Narrow-aisle racking is space efficient in two ways:

Frequently Asked Questions

Use it for bulk goods with low SKU variety where density matters more than full selectivity.

Pallets load from the front and exit from the same side. The last pallet in is the first pallet out.

Standard forklifts operate in the lanes. We set clearances and guides based on your equipment.
