HOW IT WORKS

In Very Narrow Aisle (VNA) Pallet Rack Systems, the space separating parallel rack units is greatly reduced, and pallets are placed and retrieved using a side loading fork truck aka. VNA Reach Truck. This minimizes the size of the aisles between rows of racks and can reduce the aisle space by around 40%. A super flat floor is required. 

The racking system is designed around the operating tolerances of your chosen Very Narrow Aisle (VNA) handling equipment with aisles marginally wider than the load. While these trucks are often more expensive than standard forklifts, using narrow aisles can give you major savings on building costs by allowing you to store more with less space.

Pallets in very narrow aisle systems are 100% selective. With VNA racking, access to stock is uncompromised and the amount of product stored in the warehouse is maximized. It is an effective method of increasing pallet storage within a given area.  Your storage capacity can be increased by an additional 40% over Selective Pallet Rack (SPR) by choosing VNA.

Frame

The Details

Nutech very narrow aisle racking is made with the same frames as our well established pallet racking system. It is fully screwed in place and particularly well suited to heavy loads. At the top end, the frames are connected to each other with struts in side-to-side and in front-to-back direction. Additionally, the uprights of each frame are linked to each other by horizontal and diagonal struts to ensure that all parts of the frame are solidly connected to provide excellent rigidity. Hook-in Beam

The Details

Rapid assembly thanks to a straightforward boltless system: The 3 or 4 hooks of the bracket perfectly slot into the upright perforations. Unintentional lifting is prevented by a safety pin which is secured against dropping out by a 90' turn. The hooked bracket is also designed to hold heavy loads and its height can be adjusted in 75mm intervals. Nutech Omega B Beam is shown in picture.

The Details

The pallet support bars provide additional safety and security under your pallet when placed in pallet racking system. Pallet Support Bars reduce load times because they give forklift driver confidence in loading pallet.
